2021

After the release of “Collectibles” in 2018 and the formation of Jambalaya West, we had a good run of local shows getting the band ready for some national appearances… Then the pandemic canceled all our dates. With everything on hold until further notice we decided to make good use of our time and produce a new album. We ended up with 10 originals and two covers to complete the project. “Lagniappe” (Lan ‘yap) from Kirk Nelson & Jambalaya West as of March 22, 2021 launched a global campaign to promote this album and have received airplay from The Netherlands, UK, Canada, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Australia and the US!

Up to the release date, the band shot videos of two song selections from the album performed live “selfie style” at “Kirk’s House.” (See videos for more)
